Why We Volunteer
ADOPTED
Vanilla Lilli Beans was being mistreated by other bunnies before she was rescued by EARS. Lilli had abscesses from bite wounds and had to be aggressively treated with antibiotics. As Lilli grew stronger, her joyful and extremely active and curious personality developed. We joked that she was part bunny, part goat. Lilli was adopted by experienced bunny parents and is now part of a bonded trio of rabbits.
Why do we volunteer? Here is a quote from Lilli's forever parents: "At first, her incredible energy and non-stop curiosity provided with constant distraction as we mourned the loss of our beloved bunny, Snacks. But quickly we fell in love with our very active Lilli Beans and we cannot imagine life without her! She is just so full of beans!"
